Dont but this if youre having problems with older version

I had version 1 of this app and it worked great for yeArs. Then one day it stopped working and I thought, "Hey maybe I need to upgrade for it to work again."

Wrong! The new version has never worked. I have submitted support requests twice and only received confirmations in return. Its been 6 months.

Never tried to get a refund for an app… theres a first time for everything.
